cycling in afghanistan and tajikistan.........

Dear all cyclist,

I am Mohammad an Iranian cyclist, this year I have planed to cycle in some parts of Afghanistan and Tajikistan, now I would like to know if anybody traveled in these countries before? does anyone have any experiences?

I will be happy if you guys could give me some advise
